Katelyn Ryder is the Registered Dietician for Saint Louis University. Kate is focused on integrating nutrition and expanding dining services to be more inclusive of, and sensitive to, students with special dietary needs. Kate received her Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Mexico before relocating to St. Louis to be near family, where she continued her education, obtaining a Masters in Public Health from University of Missouri and completing her Dietetic Internship at Iowa State University. She has worked with children, adults, students and families in a variety of nutrition-related areas, including the medical field.
