Meet the Dietitian

Katelyn Ryder is the Registered Dietician for Saint Louis University. Kate is focused on integrating nutrition and expanding dining services to be more inclusive of, and sensitive to, students with special dietary needs. Kate received her Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Mexico before relocating to St. Louis to be near family, where she continued her education, obtaining a Masters in Public Health from University of Missouri and completing her Dietetic Internship at Iowa State University. Meet the Nutritionist

Donna Foy is a Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Fontbonne University. Donna has worked with families discussing nutrition, sustainability, and the importance of physical activity. She is dedicated to listening and discussing ways to assist with meal service options, along with educating on the importance of feeding the mind, body, and soul.

Donna is here to answer any questions you have about nutrition, health and wellness. Students who have food allergies, celiac disease and other medical conditions can meet with her to discuss their dining options and accommodations.
